These Terms govern access to the Bounty storefront at {{ request.host }} and purchases of paper towels, paper napkins, and household cleaning supplies. By browsing the storefront, placing an order, or using a service offered on it, you agree to follow these Terms and the policies linked from this page. Store, products, and prices

Bounty presents household cleaning products for use in homes and everyday cleanup. Product names, package images, quantities, and availability are shown as accurately as the storefront allows, although packaging can change. Prices are displayed in United States dollars. An order is accepted when Bounty confirms it and can be fulfilled. If an item is unavailable or an obvious checkout error occurs, Bounty may contact you, cancel the affected order, or return the amount paid for that order.

Product materials, formats, and care

The assortment includes 2-ply paper towels, including Full Size, Select-A-Size, Essentials, and Prints formats, plus paper napkins. Full Size sheets are intended for larger coverage; Select-A-Size formats let the shopper choose a smaller perforated portion for a smaller spill. Product pages identify the available sheet or roll format. Bounty paper products should be kept dry, away from standing water and excessive heat, until use. Follow the package directions for the intended household use, do not flush paper towels, and dispose of used material according to local waste guidance. Printed designs and packaging may change while the underlying listing format remains the same.

Checkout and payment

Customers must provide current contact, billing, and shipping details and must be authorized to use the selected payment method. The store supports credit and debit card checkout in USD, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover where the network is available at checkout. Do not send full card numbers or security codes to customer service. Payment is handled through the secure checkout flow made available for the store.

Shipping and cancellation

Bounty ships only within the United States and provides free shipping across the store. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. After shipment, transit is normally 4-6 business days and a tracking number is supplied. Delivery estimates are not a promise of a carrier's exact arrival time. An order can be cancelled before it ships; once shipped, use the return process described in the Refund Policy.

Returns, refunds, and hygiene

Bounty accepts no-reason returns within 30 days and supports exchanges. For hygiene and product-safety reasons, no-reason returns of paper towels and napkins should be unused, dry, and in their original packaging. Do not send back a paper product that has been used with food, bodily fluids, chemicals, grease, or cleaning products. A product-quality issue, damage in transit, or an item that does not match the order should be reported instead with the order number and, when useful, a photograph; Bounty will review the issue and may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund. Bounty pays return shipping for a no-reason return and for a product-quality issue. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is approved and processed. The Refund Policy explains the request steps and the information needed for a quality review.

Responsible use

Use each product for its intended household purpose and follow any package directions. Do not interfere with the storefront, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or use another person's information. Content on the storefront belongs to Bounty or its licensors and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission. Bounty may update these Terms by posting a revised version. The current version is the one displayed at the time you use the storefront.
