Track Order

This page explains how to follow an order from the Bounty storefront at {{ request.host }}. Bounty ships paper towels, paper napkins, and household cleaning supplies only within the United States. Shipping is free across the store. The order timeline has two parts: preparation in the Bounty store and carrier transit after shipment.

1. Allow processing time

Bounty processes an order in 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. During this stage, the order is being confirmed, packed, and prepared for the carrier. A tracking number is provided when the order ships, so an order can be in preparation before a carrier event appears.

2. Find the shipment message

Check the email address used at checkout for the shipment confirmation. The message contains the tracking number and the carrier link or tracking details available for the order. Use the number on the carrier’s tracking page rather than sending payment details to Bounty. If you cannot find the message, search for the order number or contact customer service.

3. Read the transit estimate

After shipment, standard transit is estimated at 4–6 business days within the United States. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery appointment. Carrier handling, weather, address corrections, or other events may change the arrival date. Tracking updates can also pause while a parcel moves between carrier facilities.

If tracking has not updated

Send the order number, the email used at checkout, and the tracking number if one is available to [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]]. Customer service is available Monday through Friday, 9:00–17:00, and can be reached at 7193556873. Do not email a full card number, security code, or account password.

Changes before shipment

If you need to cancel, contact Bounty before the order ships. Once a tracking number shows that the order has shipped, use the return route instead. Bounty accepts no-reason returns within 30 days, supports exchanges, and pays return shipping for no-reason returns and product-quality issues. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.
